Our universe........is there only one?

How do you feel about the theory where every time a decision is made, a parallel universe is created, with all the choices not taken in your decision?

How about the idea that our universe can be compared to bubbles in a glass of champagne; our universe being only one out of many?

How about the "edge" of space? How do you reconcile infinity? In our universe, is everything finite? Where does infinity fit into our perception? Can everything be counted in our universe? If so, why must we accept 'infinity' as an answer about space? Even with a mobius strip, there are edges and space outside of it.

There's lots of talk of spirits or ghosts being in other dimensions. Other dimensions or other universes?
