This is a photo from a very famous haunted place called Katie's Bar in Long Island. I'd say it's a 50/50 toss as to whether it's paranormal or crappy wiring....but taken in the context of where it was taken...it might be paranormal. This is THE most haunted area of the Bar.....where wine glasses explode...where people have physical symptoms etc. There is a known interactive, intelligent haunt here named Charley Cline. People were having symptoms this night and we got a huge spike in EMF right around the time we got this photo.
What's interesting about this photo and the other one in the PICS section on my myspace page...is not just this unusual arcing...but look at the shadowing.

I have been looking at your pic in curiosity. I am a little puzzled by it,, The color of the lighting of the strip would indicate it is reflections of the lights at the bar. However, the form is most peculiar. could you detail on this?
